This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs when you order from Optirama Optics through this website. It sits alongside our Terms of Sale.
Where and how fast we deliver#
We deliver across Egypt through our courier partners. Orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days. Timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees:

Delivery charges#
Delivery is currently free on all orders within Egypt. If a delivery charge ever applies, it is shown separately in Egyptian pounds (EGP) at checkout before you pay, and the order summary shows the full amount that will be charged, with no fees added afterwards. Return shipping is not free — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delays#
We will tell you if a delay is unavoidable. Where delivery is materially later than the estimate given at checkout, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Receiving your order#
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything arrived damaged, so we can replace it or refund you.
