Not always — walk-ins are welcome and most stores can fit you in within 48 hours. You can also reserve a store visit online, and it takes about 30 minutes with one of our in-house optometrists.
Yes. Upload or bring in a prescription from any qualified optometrist and we'll cut your lenses to match — no need to retest with us.
Standard prescriptions are cut in our in-house lab within 3–5 working days. More complex lenses (high index, progressives) usually take 7–10 working days.
Frames bought online can be returned within 14 days in original condition, and we offer free lifetime adjustments at any Optirama store.
