These make the site function and cannot be switched off. Without them you could not stay signed in, keep a bag between pages, or read the site in Arabic. Because they are necessary to deliver a service you asked for, they do not require your consent.

Cookie — remembers whether you chose English or Arabic, so the page renders in the right direction on first paint. Expires after one year.

Session token

Local storage — keeps you signed in to your account. Removed when you sign out.

Bag and wishlist

Local storage — keeps your selections across a refresh. Stays on your device until you clear it.

Local storage — records that you dismissed the cookie notice, so it is not shown again.

Functional

The configurator caches downloaded 3D models and textures in your browser's standard cache so that returning to a frame does not re-download tens of megabytes. This holds no personal data and is cleared when you clear your browser cache.

Analytics and advertising

We do not run analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no third-party advertising network. If that ever changes we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting any such cookie, because unlike the items above they are not necessary to deliver your order.

Third parties

When you pay, our payment processor Paymob sets its own cookies to operate the checkout and detect fraud. Those are governed by Paymob's own cookie and privacy policies, not ours. We do not control them and cannot switch them off on your behalf.

Controlling what is stored

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and local storage from its settings. Blocking the strictly necessary items will sign you out and empty your bag, but the rest of the site will still work. Clearing this site's stored data does not affect your account or order history, which live on our servers rather than in your browser.

If we change what we store we will update this page and the date shown at the top of it.
