Off-the-shelf frames are made to an average face. If your bridge is low, your temples are wide, or you have simply never found a colour you liked, you have been compromising — and most people do not realise a frame can be built to their measurements at a normal price.
Our configurator lets you set the frame shape, the acetate or metal finish, the lens tint and the temple detail, and see every change render in real time — not as a flat mock-up, but as the actual frame rotating in 3D. You can then try it on with your camera before anything is cut.
Every custom frame is produced and glazed in the same Cairo workshop we have run since 1997. That is what makes this practical rather than a novelty: there is no overseas order, no six-week wait, and if the fit needs adjusting you bring it back to the people who made it.

Yes. Optirama's 3D configurator lets you choose the frame shape, colour, finish and lens tint yourself and see the result render live, then order it made to your specification. The frames are produced in our own Cairo lab and delivered anywhere in Egypt.
Custom frames are made to order, so allow longer than a stock frame — typically one to two weeks depending on the finish, plus lens production time. Standard single vision lenses add two to four working days; progressive or high-index lenses add five to ten.
Less than most people expect. The base price is comparable to a mid-range designer frame, and each option in the configurator shows its price effect as you select it — so the total is visible before you commit, with no quote to wait for.
Yes — single vision, bifocal, progressive, tinted and photochromic lenses all fit custom frames. Add your prescription at checkout, or bring it to any branch. Very strong prescriptions are worth discussing first, since lens thickness affects which frame shapes work well.
That is the point of the configurator. Every change renders in 3D immediately, so you can rotate the frame and inspect the thickness, colour and finish from any angle — then use camera try-on to see it on your own face before ordering.
